How to use it

Chew or let one tablet (at a time) dissolve in your mouth, THEN (this is important) wait 2-3 minutes before eating or drinking so the electrolytes have time to be absorbed into your bloodstream.Consume during intense workouts, long training sessions, or any activities that leave you drenched in sweat.

Taste good and didn't get cramps

I tend to get craps on hikes if I haven't done so in a while. Now that winter is 'done', I can get out. To avoid getting cramps on my first hikes, I took these tabs right before leaving as well as some stretches. No issues. Don't know if it because of the tabs, placebo affect or what but no cramps.

I have used several different products for electrolyte replacement for hiking and running. I sweat salt a lot and really struggle keeping my electrolytes balanced. I've been using this brand of tablets for several months and finally ordered the bigger bottle here. I think these taste the best of any product I've used and they don't make my stomach sick. I usually take one before a long run and a couple when I'm done. I also keep extras in my running pack so when doing a long run or hike, I can take something in the middle. I will order these again.

i woke up lightheaded the day after hiking in full rain gear all day :/ probably was dehydrated. i have a history of passing out when i get too lightheaded. took 2 of these before i left my sleeping bag and felt better within just a few min. (then i chugged some water...)

Favorite Run Supplement

I've tried lots of samples for an electrolyte boost during runs and races, and these are my fave. I don't love the gels texture, so these chews are a nice change. I love the lemon/lime flavor, and they don't leave a bad after taste.

Running in SW Florida is great, aside of the extreme heat and humidity ;) The great thing about this format - FastChews - is that they are great to take while running without the need of water or any other challenge. The ones are tried also taste great so I look forward to them during a long run - kind of like a treat.

95% of orders ship within one business day. We’re slinging orders Monday - Friday to make sure you’re never going hangry. If you order after 1PM, it will ship out the next morning. If you order over the weekend, your box will ship on Monday.*

Delivery times vary based on where you live, but generally are between 2-5 business days once in transit. We ship from North Carolina, so the closer you are to there, the faster they will be! If Ground shipping is just not fast enough for you, we also offer expedited delivery for $10 per box. Our expedited shipping service takes 2 business to deliver once in transit.
