What’s the deal with this autoship thing?

Listen, life is complicated and we’re here to add a little convenience. Get single products or full boxes shipped on a delivery schedule that suits you and never again have to worry about the empty cabinet blues.

Convenience is great, but savings are even better. You will receive 20% off your first Autoship order (maximum of $20) - HOLY MOLY! And after that, you save 5% on every autoship. We think that’s a major win!

Alright, but what if I need to make changes to my Fuel Goods box?

Change is good. Change is necessary! You can modify your autoship settings and Fuel Goods products in your account - easy peasy! Remember, Fuel Goods is all about getting you what you want, when you want it. You can always reach out to us at support@fuelgoods.com with any questions and we’ll get you taken care of!

When will my Fuel Goods arrive?

95% of orders ship within one business day. We’re slinging orders Monday - Friday to make sure you’re never going hangry. If you order after 1PM, it will ship out the next morning. If you order over the weekend, your box will ship on Monday.*

Delivery times vary based on where you live, but generally are between 2-5 business days once in transit. We ship from North Carolina, so the closer you are to there, the faster they will be! If Ground shipping is just not fast enough for you, we also offer expedited delivery for $10 per box. Our expedited shipping service takes 2 business to deliver once in transit.

If you chose that handy-dandy autoship option, then you’re in control of when the next order ships. You can peep your settings any ol’ time in your account.

*There may be slight delays due to peak holiday rush or unforeseen circumstances, however 95% of our boxes ship out within 1 business-day. We observe all postal service holidays which can be found here.

Can I cancel my Fuel Goods autoship?

You sure can and we make it easy. You can cancel, pause, or even delay any autoship Fuel Goods order in your account. We understand that sometimes there can be too much of a good thing.

What if I want to customize a single box and don't want to put it on Autoship?

That's totally doable! We simply recommend putting 9-11 items in your cart and we'll get it all boxed up the same way for you as if you were buying a ready to ship box.

Will I receive reminders about my Fuel Goods orders?

Abso-freakin-lutely. We promise you won’t be left in the dark. From initial purchase to recurring orders, we’ll be there to remind you of shipments, payment processing, and everything in between. You can always reach out to us at support@fuelgoods.com.

What type of products can I expect from Fuel Goods?

If you’re building your own box or taking our recommendations, you’re guaranteed to receive nutritional products with clean ingredients. We all love an ingredient list we can actually read and understand. We promise we’re only offering tried and tested products on our platform because we firmly believe in quality over quantity.

How do you define your nutrition values? For example, what makes something High Carb?

Great question! Here are our criteria:

  • High Protein = 10g or more per serving
  • High Carb is 20g per serving or more
  • Low Carb is 5g per serving or less
  • Low sugar is 5g per serving or less
  • Low Sodium is 140mg per serving or less
