Position overview
Fuel Goods is on the hunt for a social media mastermind whoās ready to take our vibrant, active lifestyle brand to new heights. Weāre not just here to fuel
bodiesāweāre here to inspire, connect, and shine a new light on the sports
nutrition world. If youāre equal parts storyteller, trendspotter, and analytics

Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop scroll-stopping, share-worthy content that screams āFuel Goodsā across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and beyond.
- Community Engagement: Cultivate an authentic, buzzing community by responding to comments, DMs, and shoutoutsābecause every athlete deserves a cheer squad.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute creative campaigns that drive awareness, sales, and serious hype.
- Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of the curve on social trends, memes, and platform updates to keep us fresh and
relevant. - Analytics & Insights: Measure, analyze, and report on whatās working (and whatās not) to ensure weāre always leveling up using a sales-driven lens to identify content that drives conversions and optimize strategies for measurable impact.
- Collaborations: Partner with influencers, athletes, and creators who align with our brand and love fueling right.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in social media management (Sports or wellness industry is a plus!)
- Proven ability to create content that converts, engages, and brings the fun.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for clever, concise captions.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or video editing apps.
- A love for dataāyouāre not just about likes; youāre about financial impact.
- A go-getter attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects and pivot fast.
- Passion for fitness, sports, or simply helping people crush their goals.
