FAQs

When will the box ship?

Right away! We sprint around our warehouse to get boxes to you in PR time and 95% of orders are shipped within 1-business day. All boxes ship via Ground shipping, but if you need it faster than that we also offer 2-Day Expedited Shipping service which takes 2 days to arrive once in transit.

How do I track my box?

We’ll send you an email with tracking as soon as your box ships and when it is delivered. If those emails slip into the abyss of your inbox (as they do), you can always track your box from your My Account area.

How will the gift subscription recipient know who their box is from?

If you add a gift recipient email address, they'll get an email right away with a personalized note from you letting them know they just scored this totally rad gift.

If you want to keep it a surprise until the box of goodies arrives, simply put your email address in the recipient area, but still include a note and they'll get a totally awesome card in their first box. It'll be like "Hey friendo, I love you so much I got you this awesome gift! Yours Truly, Fred." Make sure you include your name so they're not left scratching their head wondering who would do something so amazing.

What's the difference between the regular and gift subscriptions?

The contents of the boxes are identical but the gift subscription has no long term commitment. It's a one time thing - you pay for one cycle of the boxes, no strings attached.

Now you may be thinking that sounds pretty sweet, but since you're not signing up to stick around, we have to charge you the per box price. If you're looking for the best deal, go for our regular subscriptions. They auto-renew at the end of the period, but let's not kid ourselves, when you see how easy this was and how much your giftee loved the boxes, you'll be gifting again for years to come anyhow.

What you didn't know you needed in your life

I've been a long time subscriber and I have NEVER received the same box twice. I've added several nutritional, accessories and recovery items into my daily routines that I wouldn't have found otherwise. It's worth every single penny. And makes for a perfect gift.

Amazingness in a box

As an athlete I’m always overwhelmed by how many products are out there that I don’t know about. Or , more importantly, that I can trust. Fuelgoods solves both of these issues for me by sending all the best, running related goodies that I should know about. And then selling them in on place so I can grab more of what I like. Good Variety

There was a good variety of stuff that I would have never tried if it hadn't been in this box. Some of it I really liked, some of it not so much, but I definitely came away with some new types of nutrition that I'll continue to buy (like tailwind and skratch).
