I used to suffer with cramps when I run 10k or more. I start using PH1500 and issue was solved . Now I mix with the Great Gels that they have. This company and products are the best.

I work out probably 2 hours a day almost every day. 2/3 of those days are cardio-oriented, and being a man who sweats profusely, these tablets are invaluable on those days. Haven't had any cramps or exhaustion due to electrolyte loss since taking them. And the flavor actually isn't bad, doesn't taste chemically. I would highly recommend these to people, but they are a little costly.

I am a triathlete and live in TX, heat here in summer is not a joke, PH products are by far superior than other brands, I take it during and after training sessions in fact the 250 tabs I use it in my water all the time, I recover quicker and bye bye headaches or GI!!!! I super recommend PH and this 1500 tabs didn’t disappoint as a preload (night before - morning before race or long training days)

I’m definitely a fan. As a heavy sweater, on long hard rides, I need about 900mg sodium per hour on hot days and this is the only tablet that gets me close to that. I add 1/8th teaspoon of sea salt.

How quickly do your boxes ship?

95% of orders ship within one business day. We’re slinging orders Monday - Friday to make sure you’re never going hangry. If you order after 1PM, it will ship out the next morning. If you order over the weekend, your box will ship on Monday.*

Delivery times vary based on where you live, but generally are between 2-5 business days once in transit. We ship from North Carolina, so the closer you are to there, the faster they will be! If Ground shipping is just not fast enough for you, we also offer expedited delivery for $10 per box. Our expedited shipping service takes 2 business to deliver once in transit.

*There may be slight delays due to peak holiday rush or unforeseen circumstances, however 95% of our boxes ship out within 1 business-day. We observe all postal service holidays which can be found here.

Can I cancel my Fuel Goods autoship?

We make it easy to cancel anytime! (Seriously, we should make it harder.)

If a full blown break up isn't what you're looking for, you can also pause, delay, or swap out any items included in your autoship, too.

That's totally doable! We simply recommend putting 9-11 items in your cart and we'll get it all boxed up the same way for you as if you were buying a ready to ship box.
