Precision Hydration- PH 1000 Tablets

I used to suffer with cramps when I run 10k or more. I start using PH1500 and issue was solved . Now I mix with the Great Gels that they have. This company and products are the best.

Love that the products aren’t too sweet

I work out probably 2 hours a day almost every day. 2/3 of those days are cardio-oriented, and being a man who sweats profusely, these tablets are invaluable on those days. Haven't had any cramps or exhaustion due to electrolyte loss since taking them. And the flavor actually isn't bad, doesn't taste chemically. I would highly recommend these to people, but they are a little costly.

I am a triathlete and live in TX, heat here in summer is not a joke, PH products are by far superior than other brands, I take it during and after training sessions in fact the 250 tabs I use it in my water all the time, I recover quicker and bye bye headaches or GI!!!! I super recommend PH and this 1500 tabs didn’t disappoint as a preload (night before - morning before race or long training days)

I’m definitely a fan. As a heavy sweater, on long hard rides, I need about 900mg sodium per hour on hot days and this is the only tablet that gets me close to that. I add 1/8th teaspoon of sea salt.

They’re great to have and can change things altogether, you can break them in half and still get an amazingly high amount of electrolytes

These are perfect for racing and training in the heat.

I have used these electrolytes over the past few months and have found them very good, very hard to get this strength of 1500, perfect and keeps me well hydrated through tough training sessions.

Savory flavor a welcome relief from all the sugary sweet race fuel options. And the higher sodium really works for high salt sweaters.

Spot on for me. I sweat quite a bit and wasn't as tired after my last hard training session using these.

Love the quantity of electrolytes and the taste is fantastic. Makes you want to drink when you need to.

I do feel really hydrated after putting it in my water, but there was some gross stuff on the outside of the package. It kinda made me not want to use it but it looked fine on the inside. I look like burnt pieces of the tablets.

Been using the PH system for all my longer efforts and no cramps, gut issues or drops in energy - the chews are excellent alternative to gels! The ability to make a personalised plan is also of great value for us “non” athletes!!

I’ve been experimenting with hydration tablets for several years and the Precision 1500 electrolyte ones are in a league of their own. Easy on the stomach and reduces urge to drink gallons of fluid on longer events as hydration is where it should be. Best product on the market.

Great product for endurance sport and for those athletes that lose a lot electrolytes / high concentration of sodium in the sweat

I have tried so many Hydration electrolyte products and this is by far the best. No sweeteners, no overpowering flavoring, no BS. Take their online sweat test or get their in person test and say goodbye to GI issues and cramps. I race in hot humid conditions and have had the best race results since I started using this product.
