Lots of gel

Lots of gel. Easily take 90g for the hour

Very convenient having a larger back for long runs. Gel is easiest to tolerate, tried others recently but keep coming back to this. Fast shipping from fuel goods too.

The best there is. Mildly sweet taste, not gloopy to consume. Big fan.

PF is my favorite gel, mild flavor and the texture is easier to get down than some. Dumped this into a soft flask so I wouldn't have to worry about losing the cap mid run (it's similar to the cap on kids apple sauce pouches). Worked great, recommend.

Love them all! The texture and taste are perfect, not too sweet, not sticky nor thick - easy to swallow and fuelling me well! Electrolytes can be tailored to your needs - very important as I tend to sweat a lot. Overall, they are all well blended, easy on the stomach, keep me going and Bye Cramps!

I was looking for a way to have more control over my carb intake when running and riding. I really love the carb electrolyte mix for one of my water bottles (with the other one being electrolyte only) and I find the gels are tasty, and do not bother my stomach. They have been a full part of my weekly routine all summer and have been great.
