Super easy on the stomach

Super easy on the stomach and for not having any flavor it was pretty good. The gel is not thick so easy to use while running without the need of water to wash it down.

The package once open has a small opening so it takes a while to use all the gel.

Tastes good ( we all say great but we know no gels truly tastes great) it is very easy on your stomach and the texture is fine. I’m diabetic and one pouch of Ucan and 16oz of hydration I’m good for 90 to 120 minutes in midwestern humidity and heat… no diabetic sweats, shakes or light hesdedness… I love the product

It’s only 70 Calories. It’s chalky. There’s not much flavor (though that could be a good thing). And it’s really liquidy (also could be a good thing). The chalkiness was its downfall.

I love this stuff! I used Gu for years as a marathon runner. My sister gave me some Ucan as a gift and I tried it on a few long runs and found my body responded really well to it. Didn’t have the spike and crash of some other brands of gels I’ve tried. Definitely felt more sustained energy and don’t feel hungry like I have with some other brands as well.

Taste good and easy on stomach!

I am a marathoner and I started using UCAN gels recently. I have trouble taking more than 3-4 traditional gels in a race and it has been impacting my performance. UCAN gels, so far, have been super easy on my stomach and I think I should be able to bump my race day gel intake up to 5-6. And they taste good too!

How quickly do your boxes ship?

95% of orders ship within one business day. We’re slinging orders Monday - Friday to make sure you’re never going hangry. If you order after 1PM, it will ship out the next morning. If you order over the weekend, your box will ship on Monday.*

Delivery times vary based on where you live, but generally are between 2-5 business days once in transit. We ship from North Carolina, so the closer you are to there, the faster they will be! If Ground shipping is just not fast enough for you, we also offer expedited delivery for $10 per box. Our expedited shipping service takes 2 business to deliver once in transit.

Can I cancel my Fuel Goods autoship?
