This stuff is great. I always get a better nights sleep when I take it.

OMG, this supplement is like drinking cherry pie filling. It is delicious. It provides the many benefits of tart cherries along with magnesium and 3mg of melatonin. It did lull me to sleep when I took it twenty minutes before bedtime. I got a fee hours of quality sleep. However I woke up two or three times during the night and it took sone time before I was able to fall back asleep. Three mgs of melatonin is usually the sweet spot for me but I woke up more than when I usually take that amount. However I did not feel groggy or grumpy the next day and had plenty of energy. The pouches are easy to open and perfect for travel.Was not thrilled with the high carb (19 g) count. It excels at recovery but is less successful at maintaining quality sleep. I like it.

I have never tried melatonin before so this was a good start since I enjoyed their boost one. It's got a nice tart cherry taste. I took one before bed since I've been having trouble sleeping recently and id say after about 31 minutes I got super tired and had a great night's sleep. I didn't wake up once like I usually do and even tried it a few more times after just in case it was a fluke but it worked every time. Keeping a few on hand is definitely a good idea.

Pure cherry juice deliciousness and I like to dilute it with a splash of water and drink it chilled about an hour before bedtime. The flavor is fantastic and it helps replenish my body with needed nutrients and helps me fall asleep.

This Cheribundi Sleep pouch seems to work for me. I did get tired after drinking the whole pouch. It doesn’t work as good as I would hope, but I do appreciate the added benefits of the cherries. It is easy to drink and the flavor is fine. I think it is a bit pricey, though.
