I use this on hot days when I run I have some the night before long runs and then again in my bottles for my run. I love the flavor and it mixes well. I buy this product very often and will continue to.

I love the hydration sport! My go to is lemon lime—it’s a classic option. I have also enjoyed strawberry lemonade and fruit punch. This is great for trail running, staying hydrated on a hot day, yoga, and is my primary electrolyte drink.

Fruit Punch is the bomb diggity!

Everyone has their favorite flavor that ALWAYS sounds good. Fruit Punch is where it's at. Crazy good hydration, light taste you never get sick of, never any gut issues. I've used Skratch products on multiple century rides and while training for and racing Lotoja. I'll never go back to those stupid goos that I used training in the mid-00's!

The large packs make it so easy to scoop exactly what I need. I usually use after my morning runs, or in the early afternoon to prep for a post work run. This mix is my absolute favorite, and I even got my boyfriend hooked.

The best scratch flavor! Not too intense but noticeable and easy to drink!

I like the flavor of the hydration mix. I think some improvement could be made on reducing sugar and adding a bit more sodium but a very enjoyable hydration on long, hot rides!

Orange is Da Bomb!

Love the orange flavor and the Skratch hydration keeps me cool and fueled on even the hottest rides.

I've been using the strawberry lemonade mix for over 2 years and it's been my favorite! It doesn't irritate my belly on long runs and isn't too sweet

These are my favorite. Lighter flavor than Gatorade endurance for the same amount of carbs, which is great. I like to fill my handheld at home using a scoop from a big pouch, then bring a travel pouch in a pocket to refill at a water fountain.

Great for a sensitive stomach

The Hydration Mix is one of the few hydration options that I can have and doesn't upset my sensitive stomach (IBS). I dehydrate very easily, too, especially in the heat/humidity, and Skratch Hydration Mix has kept me from dehydrating but, also, allowed me to keep running, even in the heat/humidity. And, oh yeah, it tastes great.

The best drink for long runs!

I have tried so many different electrolyte/carbohydrate drink mixes for trail and ultra running and Skratch is by far the best. I was reluctant to try Skratch at first because of the price tag, but it is worth every penny! Every flavor I've tried is delicious and has the right balance of sweetness. My go-to is the lemon-lime but I'm really digging the new cucumber-lime flavor! It's super refreshing and tastes like there's actual cucumbers in there. Thank you Skratch for giving us science-backed products that taste good and actally work!

Great taste

The hydration keeps me hydrated throughout the day and has a very light taste.

I have been using the Hydration Sports Drink since my doctor recommended it. I have not had any dehydration or lightheadedness since then. Also, it has a great taste. I am a satisfied user.

Skratchlab products are high quality. Love their chews. Unfortunately their hydration products did not work well for me. I have issues with keeping hydrated (Crohn's disease). Skratch products worked pre run, but could not keep up with what I sweat out.
