I started taking Ketone-Iq while I was training for the Boston Marathon, and I haven’t looked back. It works for me pre, during, and post run and I don’t get a crazy heart rate spikes like I normally do when taking caffeinated gels. For me this is kind of booster for energy and other staff, taste is bit strange, but for me this is not a problem as long after what it does with me.

I have been using the other HVMN products (MCT powder for morning coffee and the Collagen Powder) - I tried Ketone IQ when I was first starting the Ketogenic diet and used 1 a day after lunch time in the afternoon to push energy through to dinner time. I keep them in the fridge and I find this helps with the taste (the taste is pretty intense and takes a little getting used to - I kinda like it now). I have also experielnted with taking 2 shots over 2 days (4 shots total) when i want to kick start my body with a fast after going a bit wild with my eating. I notice an lift of brain fog about 15-30 mins after I ingest one shot and has been a life saver when trynig to stay in ketosis.

This is a great product for people who train hard and have a clean diet. If your diet is crap and you consume too many carbs chances are you won’t notice anything. But for me I train hard and keep my carbs to 150 - 200 grams a day. No processed food and no processed sugar this is like rocket fuel. Down side is the taste which is fine and sometimes with coffee I have trouble sleeping so I take the weekend so off

I haven’t had enough time to evaluate this product. I have been using it for a couple of weeks and I don’t really notice any substantial changes in energy or mental awareness as they claim on their advertisements.

Finally found a product that is able to keep my energy sustained and keep my appetite at bay. If you can get past the taste (which isn’t too bad) you’ll unlock an afternoon of productivity!!

Not in the mood to workout? This does the trick. I take it about 30min before my workout and it always puts me in the mood. Definitely tastes better chilled.

Although I’m not an athlete, Ketone IQ is part of my daily routine. It helps me stay on-point without caffeine and I find I get more done. I recommend using Ketone IQ to stay focused and energized.

I was a little hesitant due to the price but, was not disappointed at all. The flavor tastes like medicine but, the energy is super clean. After about 10-15 minutes I feel a boost of energy similar but different to that of caffeine. I tested using this vs coffee to fuel my runs and noticed a significant boost in energy throughout my entire run and noticed I wasn't slowing down at the point I typically would. Definitely recommend giving it a try!

As far as energy, I do love these! I don't get too jittery so I take one in the morning and one about noon, if needed. The taste was abhorrent when I took the first one. I literally almost gagged BUT I'm now on my 2nd case and the flavor doesn't bother me at all! I almost look forward to it because I know it's going to give me a boost in my day. They are MUCH better chilled, for sure! I suggest just plugging your nose for the first several bottles and after a while, you won't even need to do that.

Feels very much like a 5 hour energy. Tastes like garbage. I mix it with Emergen-C. But definitely is liquid energy - feels like carbs but within 2-5 min, quick to the bloodstream.

Nice for a more subtle energy buzz. Easier to shoot than their larger bottle's flavor

One of these shots to give me a fresh wind around 2/3pm are perfect. No crash. Even take the exhaustion in your chest. I’d recommend them to anyone. It’s not a jittery jolt like pre-workout but instead it gives a sense of alertness. Beware though, it tastes terrible, throw it to the back of your throat and swallow, and it works.

Day one on this stuff. All I can say is it better work. It was the worst thing I have ever tried to drink.

I was hesitant first trying these but have noticed significant recovery benefits after incorporating into my recovery routine. It gives a balanced energy boost after a high strain workout and have even noticed improved sleep when taking before bed. That being said, the bitter taste does take some getting used to
