Another Mother Runner: Coach Liz's Picks

Liz Waterstraat is a longtime fixture around Another Mother Runner. Like the accomplished triathlete she is (she's competed in 200+ triathlons, often with a podium-finish, as well as a gravel-bike racer), she works in numerous disciplines:  Liz is a coach of the all the heart-rate training and triathlon programs in AMR's Train Like a Mother Club, in addition to being a frequent co-host of Another Mother Runner podcast.

Liz pays close, but not obsessive, attention to her nutrition and fueling, helping her stay active all day. (Did we mention she's also a mom of three children?)

Our warehouse ships boxes daily Monday-Friday. If you order before 1PM EST your box will ship the same day. If you order after 1PM, it will ship out the next morning. If you order over the weekend, your box will ship on Monday.*
