Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
By entering the Fuel Goods Fuel Your Finish Giveaway, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Fuel Goods, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
1. Sponsor
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Fuel Goods(“Sponsor” or “Fuel Goods”).
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, any race organization, marathon, half marathon, event, training platform, or third-party brand sold by Fuel Goods.
2. Period
The Sweepstakes begins on July 18, 2006 at 12:01AM Eastern Time and ends on September 26, 2026 at 11:59PM Eastern Time.
One winner will be selected each week during the Sweepstakes Period.
Entries received during a weekly entry period will be eligible for that week’s drawing. Unless otherwise stated, eligible entries remain eligible for future weekly drawings during the Sweepstakes Period.
3. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, other U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, contractors, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Fuel Goods, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to enter or win.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter.
Method 1: Build a Free Fueling Plan
To enter, visit [SWEEPSTAKES URL] during the Sweepstakes Period and build a free Fuel Goods Fueling Plan.
Completing a free Fueling Plan will count as one entry into the Sweepstakes.
No purchase or account creation is required to build a free Fueling Plan.
Method 2: Free Alternate Method of Entry
To enter without building a Fuel Goods Fueling Plan, send an email to sweepstakes@fuelgoods.com during the Sweepstakes Period with the subject line “Fuel Your Finish Sweepstakes Entry.”
The email must include:
Full name
Email address
State of residence
Confirmation that you are at least 18 years old
Each eligible email entry from a legal resident of the 48 contiguous United States or District of Columbia will receive the same odds of winning as an entry submitted by building a free Fueling Plan.
No purchase, account creation, email subscription, or Fueling Plan generation is required to enter or win.
5. Bonus Entries
Entrants may receive additional entries as follows:
- Follow Fuel Goods on Instagram
Follow @FuelGoods on Instagram during the Sweepstakes Period.
Limit: one bonus entry per person for following @FuelGoods.
Entrants must be following @FuelGoods at the time of winner selection in order to receive this bonus entry.
- Tag a Running Buddy
Comment on the official Fuel Goods Sweepstakes post and tag a running buddy.
Each eligible comment tagging one running buddy will count as one additional entry.
Unlimited bonus entries are permitted, but each comment must tag a real Instagram account. Duplicate tags, spam comments, bot activity, fake accounts, giveaway-only accounts, tags of celebrities or brands, inactive accounts, or accounts with no reasonable personal connection may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Entry Limits
One free Fueling Plan entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.
One Instagram follow bonus entry per person.
Unlimited eligible running buddy tag entries are permitted, subject to the requirements in these Official Rules.
Use of multiple email addresses, Instagram accounts, identities, automated tools, bots, scripts, or other methods to obtain entries in excess of these limits is prohibited and may result in disqualification.
7. Prize
Each weekly winner will receive a fully-fueled 12-week training block and race nutrition package from Fuel Goods.
Prize includes Fuel Goods products intended to support the winner’s training and race nutrition from the date the prize is awarded through the winner’s stated race day, subject to product availability, Sponsor discretion, and the maximum prize value stated below.
Prize may include gels, chews, hydration products, drink mixes, recovery products, snacks, and other sports nutrition products available through Fuel Goods.
Approximate Retail Value of each weekly prize: up to $1,200USD
Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: up to $12,000USD
Prize does not include race entry fees, travel, lodging, coaching, medical care, training plans, apparel, shoes, equipment, cash, or any items not expressly stated in these Official Rules.
Products are subject to availability. Fuel Goods may substitute any product or portion of the prize with a product of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
Any Fuel Goods Fueling Plans purchased by the winner during the Sweepstakes Period may be credited back to the winner in the form of Fuel Goods store credit, refund, or other credit method determined by Sponsor, up to the amount actually paid by the winner for the applicable Fueling Plan.
Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
8. Winner Selection
One potential winner will be selected each week in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for the applicable drawing.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
9. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be notified by email, Instagram direct message, or another contact method provided at entry within approximately [NUMBER] business days after the applicable drawing.
Potential winners may be required to respond within 7 business days and complete any required eligibility, liability, publicity, tax, or prize acceptance documents.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, is not eligible, does not comply with these Official Rules, or declines the prize, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
10. Prize Fulfillment
Winners may be asked to provide information necessary for prize customization and fulfillment, including race distance, race date, training schedule, fueling preferences, dietary preferences, shipping address, and product restrictions.
Fuel Goods will use reasonable efforts to provide products that align with the winner’s training block, but Sponsor does not guarantee any specific product, brand, flavor, ingredient, delivery cadence, race outcome, performance result, or nutritional result.
Winners are responsible for reviewing all product ingredients, allergen information, nutrition facts, and usage instructions before consuming any product.
11. Health and Nutrition Disclaimer
Fuel Goods provides sports nutrition products and general fueling support. The Sweepstakes prize is not medical advice, nutrition therapy, diagnosis, or treatment.
Entrants and winners should consult a physician, registered dietitian, or qualified healthcare provider before starting any new fueling, supplement, hydration, or nutrition routine, especially if they have allergies, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, are pregnant or nursing, take medication, or have a history of gastrointestinal, metabolic, cardiovascular, or other health concerns.
Sponsor is not responsible for any adverse reaction, allergy, illness, injury, performance issue, or other outcome related to use or consumption of any prize product.
12. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Fuel Goods to use the winner’s name, likeness, Instagram handle, city/state, submitted content, fueling plan details, statements, and prize-related experience for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes in any media, without additional compensation, notice, or approval.
13. Taxes
Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with prize acceptance or use that are not expressly included in these Official Rules.
If required by law, Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the prize.
14. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, legal requirements, platform changes, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, attempts to manipulate the Sweepstakes, or otherwise undermines the fairness or integrity of the promotion.
15. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Fuel Goods, Instagram, Meta, race organizations, third-party product brands, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any claim, liability, loss, injury, damage, or expense arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, misuse, or consumption of any prize.
16. Instagram and Platform Terms
Entrants must comply with all applicable Instagram terms, community guidelines, and platform rules.
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, entrants release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility or liability related to the Sweepstakes.
17. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, contact potential winners, fulfill prizes, and for other purposes described in Fuel Goods’ Privacy Policy, available at https://fuelgoods.com/policies/privacy-policy.
By entering through the Fuel Goods website, entrants may also receive Fuel Goods marketing communications, subject to applicable law and opt-out rights.
18. Disputes
Except where prohibited by law, entrants agree that any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
19. Winner List
To request the name of a winner, email sweepstakes with the subject line “Fuel Your Finish Sweepstakes Winner List” within 60 days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
Winner information may be limited to first name, last initial, city, and state, unless otherwise required by law.
Requests must be received by 9/31/2026.
