My first impression was "geez these are really small.' But after eating one, the small size is just right, I didn't need anymore. I often take one of these with a thermos of coffee to my son's early hockey games. When I'm finally awake and ready to eat, one is all I need. Nice flavor, not too sweet.

Good for you snack…

These were really good and the family liked them a lot..they had just a bit too much almond flavoring for me, but I'm not crazy about alond extract. All in all they are a hit with the family and I will probably buy them again.

The price was a little more than I wanted to spend, but considering how the cost breaks down individually, it is a good deal. These bars are really delicious. I like keeping them in hand for a quick pick me up or snack.

I love these bars. They taste great, which is helpful. They are also very filling. These make a pretty good stand-alone breakfast for me - great for days when I'm in a hurry and want to munch in the car or at the office. You might be surprised - it's kind of small compressed square of oats 'n stuff but contains 6 g of protein. Most of the ingredients are organic which is a great bonus for me. The reason I sought these bars is because I'm trying to beef up my soluble fiber through foods like oatmeal. Unfortunately the package doesn't list the soluble fiber content but with the main ingredient being oats, I'd like to think it has at least some :) and 4 g of fiber over all so not bad.

Love these things

While these are a better alternative for me than grabbing a less healthy snack, they definitely leave me with a little sugar/carb guilt. But on the other hand, they do tend to provide a feeling of satisfaction and go great with a black coffee.

How quickly do your boxes ship?

95% of orders ship within one business day. We’re slinging orders Monday - Friday to make sure you’re never going hangry. If you order after 1PM, it will ship out the next morning. If you order over the weekend, your box will ship on Monday.*

Delivery times vary based on where you live, but generally are between 2-5 business days once in transit. We ship from North Carolina, so the closer you are to there, the faster they will be! If Ground shipping is just not fast enough for you, we also offer expedited delivery for $10 per box. Our expedited shipping service takes 2 business to deliver once in transit.
